Long Term Training Program

As a Category A Implementation Agency, we believe in going the extra mile toward empowering youth with focused attention to Women Empowerment through our interventions. We take pride in an extensive network of Women-centric Training Centers spread across the country. The majority of our enrolled beneficiaries comprise female candidates and we put our best efforts into making the journey of Financial Freedom and Self-reliance for Women a bright and shining example for many others to follow.

We believe in educating beyond the curriculum and Making an Impact as we go! Special initiatives conducting Blood donation camps, Iron pills, and Sanitary napkin distribution along with free medical check-ups are organized on regular basis. We believe that the wholesome development of the candidates calls for a healthy body, mind, and spirit. Along with the medical assistance, we set in place multiple channels for extracurricular activities and exposure for our trainees. Early on in the training programs, the candidates are made aware of the major issues that have environmental, social, and economic implications in the current times. We conduct multiple road shows and awareness sessions to encourage the candidates.

Short Term Training Program

For the rural and urban youth of India, we offer a range of comprehensive relevant learning solutions under Short Term Training Programs in association with the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship and State Governments enabling the skilling landscape of India across multiple channels.

In the Short Term Training programs, we strive to deliver crisp industry-specific content, thus empowering the youth to prepare for the upcoming challenges at the workplace for a bigger and better future ahead. We collaborate with industry partners for effective learning practices.

In our attempt to bring along the industry expertise into the enrichment of curriculum for value-added training delivery to the candidates, At operational training centers, we put in collaborative efforts with Industry Partners to add enriched learning elements with industry-relevant insights and the latest technologically advanced equipment for value addition to the content designed towards building the employability prospects of beneficiaries.

Educating the youth on giving back to society is a vital part of our practices and thus we do our bit in building an able and responsible community.
